I disagree with SEC proposal to limit my ability to purchase leveraged and inverse ETFs. We are a free market economy and we should have the ability to select leverage and inverse ETFs to hedge against our long positions. I am capable of understanding the risk associated with leverage and inverse ETFS. I don't want regulators preventing small investors from being able to participate in all options in the financial markets. Please do not create any rule or regulation that prohibits TD Ameritrade or any other brokerage firm from being able to offer Leverage or Inverse ETF.
