Your proposal to implement regulations to limit or eliminate investing in leveraged and inverse funds seems to be targeted at the small investor and day traders. In addition, I am against this move because it is bad for investors, unnecessary, and it sets a dangerous precedent in that it would limit investors freedom to participate in the market.
