Have the funds been taken so that average Americans cannot benefit from this fund? I feel this is not fair to implement new regulations just as it appears that this investment could hit. I would also wonder if these regulations were to pass, would there be granted a period that witch we could have to sell at our desired time or is our invested money going to be taken from us without any say in the matter
