Dear Sir/Madam:
I have been using leveraged funds in either directional or turbulent markets for seeking enhanced returns and/or protecting portfolio by hedging. It seems the proposed regulations may hinder that free choice that I have been making in our free market system. Also, it could be an unwanted hassle to be evaluated for the capability of making such free decisions for investments or hedging purposes. Inverse funds are not meant for long term as they generally are not a wise choice per mathematical model but they're very useful for short term hedge or enhanced returns in a volatile market. I would want to continue exercising that as a free choice rather than go through an evaluation which will be a waste of time for many. Thus, I propose if you could please exempt me in this proposal so that I don't have to be evaluated by any third party. Thanks
