I strongly object to the SEC limiting my ability to purchase securities by requiring me to qualify for buying leveraged ETFs, especially when the fund is based on the SP 500 Index. Further, for those of us who have taken a loss in the current market, we need the opportunity to recover those losses. Please consider that some of us have moved out of leveraged ETFs into cash as the market crashed, but we want to get back into the leveraged ETF as the market recovers to make up our losses. Anytime would be a bad time to impose this new rule, but now would be the worst time of all.

Respectfully,
Doug Dewar
