Speaking as both an investor and an Investment Advisor with over 40 years experience I oppose the proposed changes as levered and inverse funds are an important part of our investment process. We are totally capable of discerning the risks rewards and behaviors of these assets and do not want our free will to invest impeded by any 3rd parties including regulators.
