I have invested in inverse funds thru PROFUNDS long term, anticipating a drop in the global stock market, founded in immense debt. I have lost a considerable amount of money. The market has been an accident waiting to happen, propped up Central Bank intervention. This has led to a corporate buyback(illegal before 1982) frenzy and routine short squeezes. There has been no price discovery. Now, to propose regulations to attempt to restrict or inhibit inverse fund entry is not only unfair but leads to an unbalanced market. This move by the SEC could provoke litigation.
