I oppose new regulations to limit my use of inverse or leveraged ETFs.
I use such funds to protect gains from other stocks that I own during market down-turns, and to increase gains during market up-swings.
In order to purchase such ETFs, I already have consented to a notice from my broker of the risks involved, and receive a reminder during each purchase.
I feel that any additional restrictions would be a burden and would limit my capability to choose ETFs that I want to purchase.
