Hello.
This bill would make market downward movements affect my portfolio dramatically by not allowing me to protect it using inverse investments. For 20 years I have been using leveraged and inverse investments to protect my accounts in times like now with the market dropping 25% in a couple of weeks. By using these investment tools I have not lost anything in my accounts therefore protecting my retirement fund.
I also believe that if these investment tools are available to professional investors then I should also be able to utilize them. That gives me the same capabilities in a free market as the professional.
I stopped using professional stock brokers many years ago and have done much better on my investments since doing so.
Maintain the ability for me to do this by not limiting the investment tools available to me.
