I am concerned to learn the SEC may require brokers to start qualifying investors utilizing a burdensome process before using Leveraged and Inverse funds as these are an important part of my investment strategy. The current disclosures on these funds are more than sufficient. Please do not impose any unnecessary limitations on investor choice. Thank you.
