I have no issue with protecting investors who should not be allowed to invest in leveraged or inverse positions but to say that they wont be allowed is absolutely ridiculous. Ultimately the consumer has to be smart enough to make a final decision on how they invest their money. To take this away as an option for investors is a violation of our constitutional rights. I appreciate your consideration otherwise.
