Dear Sir or Madam
I have been in leveraged fund for the past 8 years and my portfolio has tripled in value. I am aware of the risks involved and understand the volitility of the funds and do not understand why the government needs to get involved here. If I was not in these funds I would be broke today as the returns were sorely needed when my wife was dying of cancer. These funds should be treated as any other funds on the exchange without having burdensome limititations on buying them. Supposedly we are in a fee public market. Why is the SEC going to dictate what I can buy and not buy. That doesn't sound free to me.
