I am strongly opposed to the proposed regulation.
For many years now, every day I log-in to my brokerage account to monitor, and readjust if needed, my portfolio. I fully understand the characteristics of inverse and leveraged funds and they are an important part of my investment strategy. They are in fact helping me getting through the current market turmoil we are facing right now. I respect your concerns that some people might need to have better education about using these tools, but forbidding them (or making them less accessible) would unnecessarily deprive all conscientious investors of their right and freedom to make their own financial decisions.
