Dear SEC,
I understand that leveraged funds are not suitable for all individuals. However, such funds are a big help for me to help control some of the volatility, such as we has experienced in the first half of March 2020. Without the availability of leveraged funds my assets would have diminished even more than they have.
Please do not hinder my ability to use leveraged funds .
