Leveraged and inversde funds are important to me, and they allow me to seek enhanced returns to help protect my porfolio.
I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse fund and their performance characteristics, and don't wand a third-party evaluating my capability to doso and potentially preventing me from buying them.
