I am an individual investor. I use inverse funds to protect investments with the hard work and research I do. The market loses me money when it goes down so I have a right to protect myself. Forcing me not to invest in inverse funds is a violation of my rights I will vote out anyone and support the ouster of any politician or person in power who votes to halt inverse funds.
