I have been using leveraged shares extensively in my account and my Wife's and mothers' accounts since 1998. I have been beating the market indexes over the entire time. It is essential to dollar cost average purchases during market corrections, to not be able to would be devasting to our retirement portfolios, and none of us are capable of returning to work. Any new regulations that prohibit investing during market corrections would make the overall market recovery's more difficult. Market corrections are the worst time to inhibit investor's ability to invest. I have a long term track record of successfully investing in leveraged funds.
