I'm totally against the proposed Rule #S7-24-15. I strongly believe in a free-market and as an individual investor, I should have the right to invest in an inverse and leveraged mutual fund. Giving the current investment environment, I strongly believe that this is the only defense option for me to protect my hard-earned money. I don't want any goverment regulations to make restrictions to my decision.
