The use of leverage funds is very important for my portfolio, as I am a young, aggressive investor. I understand how they work and their risk characteristics, and they allow me to seek enhanced returns in my portfolio.

I would rather buy leverage funds than individual stocks as i personally believe there is much more risk involved with individual stocks, less diversification, and there is more volatility with individual stocks. Also investors are not limited to buying penny stocks and extremely volatile investments that are much more risky than leverage funds.

I do not want a third party evaluating. my capacity to buy or preventing me to buy leverage funds. The markets are free public markets and investors and advisors have freedom to buy public securities without governmental limit.

Overall leverage funds are a very important part to my portfolio, I fully understand the risks and do not want to be limited on my ability to invest. Also I believe individual stocks are more risky and there is no talk of limiting that so I do not understand why the government would limit leverage funds.
