I am writing in regards to the SEC proposal to tighten regulations with investing in leveraged funds. I strictly use leveraged funds to only hedge my 401k investment using my 401k brokerage option. With the potential of losing access to these funds, I will not be able to protect my investment into my retirement as I have done so with the recent market downturn. People like me should have that right to hedge and protect their investments especially when it comes to retirement money. I am only allowed by my 401k plan administrator to invest only a portion of my initial 401k balance into the brokerage option. This should be enough to minimize any risks. Please do not make it harder for everyone to be able to have the option to hedge their investments especially when it comes to retirement money. Thank you.
