To Whom It May Concern,

I'll keep this brief. For the prior two years, I have lost around $100,000 due to the unpredictable nature of the market. That was when the stock market was just going up. Now that the market is more volatile, I am making money hand over fist. If this continues, I will make my money back faster than I lost it.

I am a day trader who depends on the market to move up AND down. If I am not allowed to take advantage of both directions, I will once again be in a position to lose money again.

By preventing the stock market from "resetting," the growth is actually stifled. It's like the necessary pruning of hedges or trimming the split ends off of one's hair. It actually promotes growth.

I hope you will reconsider.
