I often invest in leveraged funds as a hedge or to increase returns.
I understand how they work, their charcteristics and potential risks. I sure do not need or want a third party assessing if I am capable of investing in them, I am quite capable.
This is and has been a free market, let's keep it that way. The last thing we need is government interference.
