The SEC does not need to add regulations on investors like myself who wish to invest a portion of our portfolios in leveraged and inverse funds. Unwise investors will always find a way to waste their investments no matter how much regulation the SEC imposes, so do not load more unnecessary regulations on the rest of us to protect the few foolish people. I, like most investors, am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and I don't need anyone to prevent me from buying them. Please preserve freedom for investors Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me, so please let me take advantage of them without restrictions.
