I am completely against this proposal by the SEC. For years I have been investing in these funds. It is absurd to require burdensome regulations to trade these funds. This may even be an unconstitutional proposal and discriminatory. Do I not have the right to purchase what I want? This will be setting a very bad precedent. You may propose an equally overreaching proposal for any traded fund, stock, bond, currency or commodities .
