Enter your comments here. These regulations just keeps the smaller people whit less possibility of investing. The problem are big shorters especially in the junior mining company's were they bring prices down and corrupt the hole investing industry, but I don't see regulations there. Regulations are always put for small people but they deregulate for the big.
