I strongly believe this proposal is bad for investors, unnecessary and sets a dangerous precedent
I am capable of understanding the risks associated with levered Inverse Funds don't require a 3rd party Govt Body evaluating my ability to do so.
Pls consider that I am against these additional REGS which the SEC is considering to enact.
