I AM AGAINST THE PROPOSED RULE
I use Leveraged and Inverse funds on a regular basis. People should be allowed to choose what they invest in and how they want to do it. Investing has its risks and it is a PERSONAL responsibility to understand those risks. The free market should be allowed to operate freely. If you want to protect the public, why not stop computerized high frequency trading ? I understand the higher risks involved with these instruments and am willing to take the risks (and rewards) associated with them. If a free market is to exist, investors should not have to beg to be allowed to participate.
