This proposed rule would significantly and adversely affect my ability to invest my funds as I desire. Leveraged and inverse funds are an important part of my investing strategy that allow me to potentially enhance my investment returns. I fully understand the risks involved and have studied the funds' performance characteristics. I think that preventing me from buying such funds would severely impact my investing options. Please preserve the free market and do not implement SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15.
