Please do not place restriction on the trading of leveraged and/or inverse funds. I am a 65 year old retired engineer who has always made all my own investment decisions. These funds allow me to have a stake in the market with a smaller investment. Most of my money is in safe fixed income investments but I choose to take a riskier approach with a small part of my portfolio. I understand that these funds can lose money quickly and often do not match up with their stated goals for return. That should be my choice, not the government's. Please do not treat me like an incompetent child that needs to be saved from my own choices. Equity and fund trading is supposed to be a free market. Let's keep it that way.
