i strongly oppose any decision to restrict my rights and freedom to purchase leveraged and inverse funds. i am perfectly capable of understanding the risk and rewards of using these types of funds and frankly resent the SEC using their power to judge my fitness to do so. The Government needs to stop interfering with my decisions and the nanny state mentality needs to cease. Your role is to preserve the free market, not introduce socialist practices.
