Unfair to small investors who cant compete with the giants. Eliminates a partial evening of the playing field between larger and smaller investors. Allows small investors to participate in trading formerly reserved for large players only. Do not restrict this trading platform for small investors. Restricting this trading would impact the daily volume of these funds and increase risk due to reduced marketability.
