I was shocked by this news that the SEC is going to regulate how investor to by the leveraged and inverse funds.
I do not know why but I am sure that it is not helpful to the healthy of the stock market that has been running for 100 years.
I am from China that the government has many unfair regulations and/or rules that is why I left China and came to here.
I hope that SEC can deny this proposal as it is not the right way to go, in my opinion.
