I am an investor of Leveraged and Inverse funds and have been for several years. These funds are an integral part of my investment strategy and enable me to attain my investment goals. I understand these funds and their performance characteristics and associated risks. I DO NOT want any third-party telling me or controlling me in how or when I should invest my hard earned cash.
It is imperative that we retain our long-standing free public markets where investors and their advisors have the ability to buy public securities without government imposed limitations.
