I'm a retired Compliance Manager who previously worked for the Dreyfus Mutual Funds. The ProShares that you intend to restrict me from buying have saved me tens of thousands of Dollars through this very volatile times. I used the leverage short pro shares which offset the losses that I realized on my long positions without going to cash. It's my feeling that a great disservice would be done to all investors if my ability to use these securities was ended.
