Do the American thing, do the right thing drop this totalitarian regulation proposal. Let the free market be free and let adults make agreements freely amongst themselves and bear the consequences of their decisions. I would resent any measures taken on my behalf for my protection as an investor, so again I urge the SECs powers-that-be to rescind this asinine and totalitarian proposal.
