Dear SEC,
As an investor in leveraged and inverse funds, I consider these financial instruments to be valuable investment assets that can balance diversified portfolios. I dont think any additional burdens should be placed on investors to buy, sell, or trade these types of assets. It is always up to the individual investor to become educated and make informed decisions about their investments. Please do not reduce the agency and rights of individual investors.
