I am opposed to the proposed rule #S7-24-15 that would limit my ability as an individual investor to buy leveraged and inverse funds. These funds are important to my overall investment strategy and to protecting my portfolio in downturns such as we have just experienced. I do not appreciate government interference in the choices available to individual investors. Please withdraw or defeat the proposal.
