Please reconsider your propsed action to remove small investors from having the ability to use Inverse and Leveraged ETF's.
I have been using them in my portfolio for some time now and have found them instrumental in keeping a good balance of assets and mix.
Losing this ability would put a strain on my investing for growth.
At a minimum, provide a mechanism where the investor, can apply to continue use in their portfolio.
