With retirement in view, I want access to leveraged and inverse funds because they allow me to get enhanced returns.
I can understand leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics without a third-party evaluating my capability to do so and potentially preventing me from buying them.
I want to preserve the current public markets where investors like myself have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations.
