Dear SEC,
I am a holder of VIXY and it's the only stock keeping my portfolio alive as of March 13, 2020. I don't trade futures or options, in fact I don't qualify for an options trading account at this time. Having the ability to purchase a security like VIXY or others like it allows me to participate to some extent without a huge risk or having to credit qualify for options. I strongly disagree with your stance. Do not disallow or make it more difficult for average investors to access leveraged and inverse funds.
