I disagree with the SEC proposal regarding leveraged and inverse funds. These funds benefit investors seeking enhanced returns and portfolio protection. As an investor, I am capable of understanding these types of funds, their performance characteristics and the associated risks and I don't feel it would be appropriate to have a third party evaluate my capability to do so. The proposed regulation would hinder free public markets and investor freedom.
