I don't believe the proposed regulations are needed nor necessary. I believe the SEC should put their time and resources to better efforts to protect individual investors from insider trading, algorithmic trading and other efforts to protect investors such as myself from those that manipulate prices. I know what I am doing when I invest and do not need the SEC interfering with my ability to invest in these products.
