ProShares leveraged stocks offers a chance for some experienced investors like me the opportunity to compete with the big funds and hedge fund managers and big banks who trade stocks in such volumes that move the prices. This somewhat monopolizes market in their hands, who also short the market routinely. So, I am voting to have ProShares to be open to individual investors like me to have chance to make money against the big boys.
