Please do not pass this new regulation. Already, many policies have been aimed at restricting freedoms to invest how a trader chooses. This only hurts the majority of traders who arent billion dollar hedge funds, but rather the little guy. I strongly oppose this regulation as it completely goes against a free market trading system.
