To whom it may concern,

My second response to hearing the news that the SEC plans to restrict access to inverse and leveraged ETFs may be the main reason not to take such action. If you take these ETFs away then I would be forced to use options to short individual stocks when the market goes down, which would expose me to more risk, not less. The main purpose of ETFs is to avoid the added risk of investing in individual stocks which is exactly what these inverse and leveraged ETFs also accomplish. My first response was the obvious I am a full grown adult who does not need the government to deny me my small piece of the right to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

P.S. Inverse and leveraged ETFs may be good or bad for your savings, but cigarettes are always bad for your health, and they are only required to place a label on the package I still have full access to cigarettes. Please make the rules full disclosure not limited access.
