I currently own and trade leveraged ETFs. Please note that:
-- Leveraged funds are important to my investment objectives they allow me to seek enhanced returns and manage risk
-- I am capable of understanding leveraged funds. I do not want any third party evaluating my capability to own them
-- I want to continue the long-standing free public markets where investors and their advisors have can buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choice.
