As a leveraged fund investor, I am worried about SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15 that requires third party evaluations before buying leveraged and inverse ETFs. The leverated ETFs such as TQQQ and SPXL are very important to me and they have allowed me to enhance my return, and helped me protect my portfolio at times (e.g., can reserve more cash to deal with a potential down turn without hurting the return). I do appreciate SEC's concern of protecting investors, but I believe investors like myself understand the the performance characteristics of these funds and can make the right decisions. A free public market, where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choice is a long standing tradition of this country, and I do like to see it is preserved.

Thank you for your attention.
