I have used leveraged and inverse ETFs for some years now. I strongly believe they are an excellent tool for investors. I do not believe there needs to be more restrictions placed on using these type of investments. I feel the SEC should focus more on investor scams, of which there are many, rather than placing limitations on investment products that are useful to individuals investors like me. Also, please work on simplifying disclosures so they are written in concise and plane simple to understand English rather than legalese.
