To whom it may concern:
I use leveraged and inverse funds as an important part of my long-term investment strategy. As any reasonable investor would do, I have independently researched my investment options, fully understand these funds and their risks, and find them to be indispensable. They are especially important during periods of high volatility such as we have seen this past week.
I do not think it is appropriate for the SEC to place undue burdens on ordinary investors like myself to make my own investment choices.
Do not take away my access from these funds
