I am a new investor and have found great value in investing in leveraged and inverse funds. They are also a great tool for learning about market movement. Building my portfolio is important to me as I got a late start at investing and these funds have allowed me to enhance my returns. There are plenty of free resources available to teach people about investing, including in these funds. So, having the government involved in the ability to choose our investments is not necessary or wanted. Leave the choice to investors to educate themselves to invest on their own or to have their investments managed (free resources are available). I love to invest in them and having been learning alot from the process.
